A beloved favorite, Pastis NYC located in the heart of the Meatpacking District serves traditional French fare with a newly invigorated soul. The restaurant’s classic curved zinc bar outfitted with signature subway tiles, vintage mirrors, mosaic-tiled floor, and gold-tinged lighting evokes nostalgia. Offering breakfast, weekend brunch, lunch, and dinner – guests can enjoy gathering at Pastis NYC any time of day or visit us at Pastis Miami, Washington D.C., and soon in Nashville.

 

Pastis NYC is now seeking a passionate and charismatic Restaurant Manager with experience mentoring and leading a dynamic front-door team.

 

This position offers a comprehensive package including:

  • A Base Salary Range of $70,000- $85,000

Requirements

  • 2+ years of management experience in a well-rated, service-driven restaurant
  • Prior experience managing the front door as a Maître d' / Lead Host desired
  • Experience with Resy and/or OpenTable reservation systems preferred   
  • Ability to assist with the management of service and complete administrative functions as assigned  
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking decision-making skills
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly to change
  • A positive and self-motivated disposition with a commitment to excellence and team success
