Two James Beard Award-winning restaurateurs, Keith McNally, and Stephen Starr collaborated on the reopening of Pastis in 2019 in NYC’s Meatpacking District – a neighborhood they helped cultivate nearly 15 years ago.

We are thrilled to share the expansion of Pastis to the Wynwood District of Miami and are in search of industry professionals who are excited to be part of a highly anticipated restaurant opening with an established hospitality group that offers long-term career advancement and professional growth opportunities.

Pastis Miami will feature some of the many elements it’s known and loved for. The dining room features a classic curved zinc bar outfitted with signature subway tiles, vintage mirrors with handwritten daily specials, and mosaic-tiled floors. The expansive space, inclusive of a breathtaking glass-covered patio, will welcome guests to enjoy exceptional French fare in a timeless Parisian brasserie, no matter the weather!

We are seeking passionate lead-by-example Restaurant Managers who know how to train, mentor and lead a top-notch team to deliver a memorable experience to all of our guests.


  • A minimum of 2 years of management experience in a high-volume, service-driven restaurant
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking and decision-making skills
  • Experience hiring, training, and mentoring a diverse hourly FOH staff
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly to change
  • A positive and self-motivated disposition with a commitment to excellence and team success
  • A love for French cuisine & culture
