Job Description
Affiliated with STARR Restaurants, Pastis, is an expansive 8,000 square-foot restaurant, inclusive of a stunning outdoor space with an enclosed pergola, adorned by black locust, will welcome guests to enjoy exceptional French fare no matter the weather. The interior includes many design elements that the original location is known and loved for, such as a curved zinc bar, white subway tiles, red banquettes, vintage mirrors with handwritten daily specials, and mosaic-tiled floors.
We are in search of a dynamic Restaurant Manager who is excited to be part of a large, passionate, cohesive team providing genuine hospitality to create memorable dining experiences.

Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of management experience in a high-volume, service-driven restaurant
- Excellent communication, critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Experience hiring, training, and mentoring a diverse hourly FOH staff
- Proven ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly to change
- A positive and self-motivated disposition with a commitment to excellence and team success
- A love for French cuisine & culture
