Affiliated with STARR Restaurants, La Mercerie, is an elegant French cafe located in the heart of SOHO inside Roman & Williams Guild. Chef Marie Rose from acclaimed Spring Restaurant in Paris has currated a menu that promises to deliver a crème de la crème dining experience -  serving breakfast, a delightful lunch and an elegant dinner. Bon Appetit!

La Mercerie is now seeking a well-rounded Head Bartender with a love for unique spirits, cocktails, and French wines.

Requirements

• 3+ years bartending in a well-rated NYT restaurant and/ or craft cocktail bar
• Strong beverage knowledge including wine, spirits, and beer
• Great work ethic and efficiency from prep to service
• A warm and personable demeanor
• The ability to work a flexible schedule
