Introducing Guild Bar: A Sanctuary of Craftsmanship and Cocktails

Step into Guild Bar, our newest experience—a sumptuously designed alcove offering signature cocktails served in exquisite glassware. Each piece is hand-crafted and sourced from a curated collection by global artists, available for guests to purchase to enhance their home collection.

Now seeking a dynamic Beverage Manager to curate and maintain our beverage program. We are also looking for someone who loves staff education, interacting with guests, and managing the floor.

This position offers a comprehensive package including:

• A base salary range of $90,000- $100,000

Requirements

• 3+ years of restaurant or beverage manager experience in service-oriented, culinary-driven restaurants 
• 3+ years of experience in managing, mentoring, and coaching a service team
• Sommelier certification desired 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with administrative tasks including inventory, scheduling and payroll
• A long-term commitment to excellence and team success
