We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President (“VP”), Performance Marketing to lead and elevate our brand presence across all digital channels. The VP, Performance Marketing is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive revenue, increase brand awareness, and enhance guest experiences. This role requires both creative vision and analytical rigor to deliver meaningful incremental business growth.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Oversee and optimize paid media investments across a portfolio of 40+ brands, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum ROI across all markets.
- Oversee and optimize company-wide paid media investments across a portfolio of Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, programmatic platforms, and display networks.
- Develop and manage the annual paid media budget, ensuring efficient allocation and measurable ROI across all digital channels.
- Lead the strategy, execution, and reporting for performance marketing campaigns, driving customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
- Partner with analytics and finance teams to build robust forecasting, attribution, and spend optimization models.
- Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to provide clear visibility into spend effectiveness and revenue impact.
- Evaluate and negotiate relationships with agencies, ad tech, and programmatic partners to maximize efficiency and scale.
- Stay ahead of emerging media platforms, trends, and tools to maintain a first-mover advantage in digital advertising.
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all paid channels while tailoring strategies to unique markets and audiences.
- Assist and/ or complete additional tasks as assigned.
EDUCATION/WORKING KNOWLEDGE:
- Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis in Marketing, Communications, Business and/or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field
- 10 years of progressive experience in digital marketing
- 5 years of experience in a leadership role
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing high-performing teams with at least two direct reports
- Experience in hospitality, F&B, or lifestyle/entertainment sector
- Familiarity with reservation, POS, loyalty, or hospitality technology platforms
- Knowledge of influencer marketing platforms and CRM strategies
- Proficient in Windows Microsoft Office, Adobe Pro systems, Point of Sale knowledge preferred
- 21+ years of age
