The Manager, CRM Database Analyst will manage and analyze customer data from all Tao Group Hospitality data sources — including but not limited to POS, reservation systems, loyalty, WiFi, and social. This role ensures data quality, integration accuracy, and actionable insights to power segmentation, personalization, and executive reporting.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Manage ingestion pipelines into Data lake/Cloud and ensure data integrity across systems (MICROS, SevenRooms, UrVenue, OpenTable, etc.).
  • Create and maintain Golden Records and customer identity resolution logic.
  • Build dashboards and reports on guest behavior, spend, and engagement.
  • Partner with Marketing and IT to define and calculate KPIs (LTV, RFM, recency/frequency/spend ratios).
  • Support campaign targeting by creating and validating audience segments.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and consent management policies.
  • Collaborate with vendors on integrations and API maintenance.
  • Provide insights to guide marketing strategy and loyalty design.
  • Assist and/ or complete additional tasks as assigned.

EDUCATION/WORKING KNOWLEDGE:

  • 4–6 years in data analysis, CRM operations, or marketing analytics.
  • Proficient in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent).
  • Familiarity with Data Clouds, and data lake environments.
  • Strong understanding of customer data models, ETL/ELT processes, and identity resolution.
  • Experience in hospitality or multi-venue environments a plus.
