Offering stunning views from the 24th floor of the Equinox Hotel, located within New York City's Hudson Yards, Electric Lemon's sleek, expansive dining room and serene al fresco terrace make up the ideal multi-use, day-to-night setting.

We are seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our team who enjoys leading both à la carte services and banquets/events. 

This position offers a comprehensive package including:

  • A base salary range of $75,000 - $85,000

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of experience as a Sous Chef in a culinary-driven, well-rated restaurant or hotel
  • Prior success in running expo and working all stations in a busy kitchen
  • Strong administrative skills and prior experience managing scheduling
  • Prior experience training and mentoring a diverse hourly line cook team
  • Ability to drive performance and results of a diverse culinary workforce
