Electric Lemon, a seasonal American restaurant celebrating the passionate farmers, growers and artisans of the Mid-Atlantic, transforming their pristine products into clean, conscious cuisine that puts flavor at the forefront. Offering stunning views from the 24th floor of the Equinox Hotel, located within New York City's Hudson Yards, Electric Lemon's sleek, expansive dining room and serene al fresco terrace makes up the ideal multi-use, day-to-night setting.
 
Now seeking a lead-by-example Restaurant Manager who loves to train and mentor their team. 
 

This position offers a comprehensive package including:

  • A Base Salary Range of $75,000- $85,000
  • Quarterly Bonus Program

Requirements

Desired Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of progressive management experience in a reputable restaurant and/or luxury hotel
  • Experience with craft cocktail creations and extensive wine programs.
  • Experience hiring, training and mentoring a large diverse hourly staff
  • A positive and self-motivated disposition with a commitment to excellence and team success
  • Prior familiarity with POS, ALOHA & OpenTable software systems highly preferred
