Offering stunning views from the 24th floor of the Equinox Hotel, located within New York City's Hudson Yards, Electric Lemon's sleek, expansive dining room and serene al fresco terrace makes up the ideal multi-use, day-to-night setting.
We are currently seeking a lead-by-example Restaurant Manager who loves to train and mentor their team.
This position offers a comprehensive package including:
- A Base Salary Range of $75,000- $85,000

Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of progressive management experience in a reputable restaurant and/or luxury hotel
- A positive and self-motivated disposition with a commitment to excellence and team success
- Experience hiring, training and mentoring a large diverse hourly staff
- The ability to maintain and train steps of services through the restaurant's hourly team while adding informative training opportunities when applicable
- Prior familiarity with POS, ALOHA & OpenTable or Resy software systems highly preferred
