The Financial Analyst will be responsible for various aspects of quantitative business reporting and analysis for the Company venues, as determined by the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Responsible for aggregating data, data entry, financial model maintenance, and comparisons to budgeted expectations for a series of reports including but not limited to company-wide Daily, Weekly, and Monthly flash sales reports and estimated profit/loss reports
- Responsible for tracking financials for managed venues and updating a series of related internal reports on a monthly basis
- Responsible for keeping record of KPIs for venues not integrated in our existing FP&A ecosystem
- Responsible for producing monthly KPI reporting for designated venues
- Support the annual budget process as determined by department needs
- Support the monthly reforecast process as determined by department needs
- Support Operations nightly reporting model as needed including but not limited to annual rollover updates
- Ensure that work produced meets all objectives set, is done by the agreed time to the highest standard, and achieves the best possible results for the company and clients
- Achieve a strong culture of Continuous Improvement philosophies
- Ad hoc reporting and other duties as reasonably assigned pertaining to business performance, venue operations, and standard operating procedures
EDUCATION/WORKING KNOWLEDGE:
- High School Diploma Required or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree with a Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration emphasis and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 21+ years of age
- Must be proficient in Microsoft programs with proficiency in Excel, Word, Adobe, and PowerPoint; with the ability to create reports from raw data using multiple program functions
- Regularly exhibits and applies strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Must be self-driven, curious, collaborative, organized, and detail oriented
- Must balance timeliness with accuracy
