The VIP Liaison generates revenue through developing and servicing relationships with existing and potential target guests. This role ensures high-quality guest service, efficiently resolving complaints and discrepancies. The VIP Liaison supports guest reservations, event awareness, and cross-departmental collaboration, while maintaining visibility and promoting guest loyalty.

Sell and maintain VIP table reservations/guest list
Meet weekly revenue support requirements at all venues
Log complete reservation info (name, cell, email) into Venue Driver
Complete assigned data collection, marketing, and social media tasks
Maintain professional conduct and appearance
Notify management of any unfulfilled duties or absence from post
Keep guest list and pass productivity high
Stay informed of all company events and venue changes
Fulfill all marketing requirements (contact forms, Facebook invites, etc.)
Keep workstation neat and welcoming
Assist guests with information and directions
Report incidents or complaints to management
Arrive on time and in proper dress code
Participate in cross-promotions as needed
Promote positive guest interactions and venue hype
Help load/unload promotional materials
Avoid over-distribution or misuse of company materials
Do not give company collateral to questionable individuals
Promote Hakkasan Restaurant to meet revenue goals

5+ years of experience in nightlife industry
Proof of US work eligibility
Valid Driver’s License
21+ years of age
