Our Retail shop is a pawn themed experience where we sell everything from vintage, antique and new items ranging from fine jewels and gems, costume jewelry, luxury handbags, guitars, art pieces and decorative items. We are a retail front that doubles as the only entrance to our Restaurant, bar and lounge: Beauty and Essex
Responsible for providing a hospitable experience for any guest entering or exiting our restaurant. Being knowledgeable about the merchandise we sell in our store as well as the service we offer in our restaurant.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Graciously greet every guest as they enter or exit our store.
- Promote shopping our items.
- Be knowledgeable about our merchandise and establishment.
- Positively endorse the restaurant and offer suggestions as needed.
- Creates opportunities for sales and guest experience interactions.
- Help customers make selections by building customer confidence and always offering suggestions and opinions.
- Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
- Supports and embodies a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
- Rings customer purchases and tenders payment accurately.
- Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and follows established merchandising procedures and standards.
- Maintains all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and participates in the maintenance/cleanliness of the entire store.
- Polish, clean, and make sure all merchandise is accounted for during their shift.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Valid Driver’s License
