The Clocktower serves modern cuisine with a palpable U.K. sensibility. Located on at the New York EDITION Hotel, the restaurant is comprised of three intimate dining rooms, and a lively bar made up entirely of 24k gold leaf. Blending elegant dining with a distinctive and unique atmosphere creating the perfect setting for à la carte service, private dining, and intimate to large events.
Our menu celebrates and elevates classic British fare, built around simple, satisfying plates with subtle refinements and is complimented by a craft cocktail program and award winning inspired wine program highlighting both Old and New World producers.
Now Hiring: An Executive Chef who is passionate about mentoring a team and creating exceptionally delicious food executed and served with care and consistency.
This position offers a comprehensive package including:
- A base salary range of $110,000- $130,000
- Quarterly bonus program up to 20%

Requirements
- 5 years of progressive culinary management experience in well-rated restaurants with more recent experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Executive Chef
- Experience with fine-dining European cuisine
- Strong financial acumen with the proven ability to oversee cost control, labor management and bottom-line profitability
- Experience hiring, training and mentoring salaried managers and hourly BOH staff
