Who you are:
The Event Sales Coordinator plays a key role in the execution of all group and private events, both on and off-premise. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, the role is a vital support position responsible for ensuring a smooth, professional, and well-coordinated experience for clients, guests, and internal teams. The ideal candidate is detail-driven, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic hospitality environment.
What you’ll do:
- Consistently support a culture of Enlightened Hospitality
- Play an active role in achieving operational excellence, ensuring clear communication and collaboration across all teams
- Prepare and distribute Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), meeting recaps, event collateral, and floor plans to align with client expectations and service plans
- Maintain and update event management systems, templates, and digital displays to ensure accurate, real-time event information
- Partner with Sales, FOH, and BOH leaders to plan, organize, and execute events that meet guest needs and uphold standards
- Manage event reconciliation, including payments, contracts, and point-of-sale records, in alignment with financial and compliance guidelines
- Maintain inventory and supplies for event operations, ensuring readiness and efficiency across all materials and equipment
- Support the Sales and Leadership teams with administrative and operational initiatives, continuously enhancing communication and workflow
What we need from you:
- 2+ years of experience in hospitality, catering, or event sales coordination, preferably within restaurant or F&B operations
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and overall computer literacy
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational strength, and follow-through
- Ability to balance independent work with strong collaboration across teams
- Calm, professional presence under pressure and a strong sense of urgency in meeting deadlines
- Flexible schedule with availability to work nights and weekends as needed
