Director, Ticketing & Support Technology at Tao Group

Director of Ticketing and Support Services wanted in Las Vegas, NV to oversee the company’s ticketing system used at all U.S. restaurant, nightlife and daylife locations. Oversee compliance related to Gaming Control and proper collection of ticketing fees and LET tax. Point of contact for all gaming/MICS reporting. Oversee department handling loyalty program support. Manage and fulfill missing loyalty program points requests. Oversee the operation of the company’s reservations and guest list systems. Oversee reporting requirements and designing, developing and deploying of all updates to the company’s ticketing, reservation and guest list systems. Oversee 24/7 support for internal systems. Activate all nightlife & restaurant venues under the company’s ticketing system. Manage and maintain user access into the system. Oversee systems to configure and maintain calendar of events for ticket sales, VIP table reservations and guest list operations. Oversee systems to configure and maintain all ticketing products. Maintain system reporting and related development for all teams. Maintain VIP Table prepayment solutions & operations. Cooperate with law enforcement authorities for local and foreign security investigation. Manage Zendesk Live Chat and Support account. Manage Affiliate Ticket Sales Program. Maintain security level for online sales to include security for all payment gateways and merchant services. Oversee the handling of all chargeback disputes with customers for the entire ticketing platform. Manage printed hard ticket program. Oversee the handling of all end-customer support related to online ticketing. Analyze and develop new ticketing products. Conduct R&D on new ticketing applications. Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or as Key Account Manager or 48 months of experience in job offered or as Key Account Manager.
