We are looking for someone who has a passion for great food, wine sake, and cocktails served with care and consistency. This position works collaboratively with our corporate team, and includes developing and operating a cost-effective operation that meets and exceeds guest expectations through the delivery of high-quality beverages and service. Your responsibilities will include supporting and maintaining the systems of the restaurant, in particular as related to guest experience, sales, quality control, education, training, mentoring, cocktail and wine list development, purchasing, and inventory control.
This position offers a comprehensive package including:
- A Base Salary Range of $85,000- $95,000

Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of restaurant management experience in an upscale, high-volume restaurant
- Preferred 3+ years managing the wine or beverage program in an upscale, high-volume restaurant
- Strong leadership and strategic management skills
- Ability to drive performance and success
- Prior familiarity with POS, ALOHA & OpenTable software systems highly preferred
