Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience cooking in a busy and established restaurant
- Knowledgeable in cutting techniques, cooking methods, and basic recipes
- Worked in a high volume production setting
- Great work ethic and commitment to uncompromising quality
- Open availability, including weekends
