We’re Hiring: Director of Marketing & Communications

The Role
This is more than messaging — it’s full-scale brand leadership with a sharp focus on growing sales, driving traffic, creating engagement and building momentum across all Fifth Group brands, including Bold Catering and Design.
You’ll report to the VP of Sales & Marketing and lead all marketing, communications, digital, PR, and brand experience efforts.
What You’ll Own
Lead & Inspire
- Guide and develop the marketing team with vision, clarity, and creativity to execute at a high level.
Drive Strategy & Sales
- Create bold, data-driven marketing plans that deliver traffic and revenue.
- Own and optimize the budget and campaign calendar.
Shape Each Brand
- Evolve our voice across brands: digital, PR, in-store, and internal channels.
- Craft stories that connect emotionally and drive performance.
Measure What Matters
- Measure and track results, adjust strategy to create sales results.
Lead Partners & Creative
- Manage third parties, drive creative excellence, and explore new growth opportunities.
You Are
- A strategic, creative, performance-minded marketing leader (8+ years experience)
- Experienced in hospitality, F&B, or lifestyle brands
- Passionate about great food and guest experiences
- Calm under pressure, sharp on strategy, and obsessed with results
