Designed by international designer India Mahdavi, Makoto is the perfect fusion of a French Brasseire, Japanese restaurant, and an American diner, all under one roof. Requirements

• 2+ years working as a sushi chef/cook
• Familiar with Japanese cuisine along with classic cooking styles & preparations
• Works well under pressure and with multiple menu items in a high volume restaurant
• Strong knife skills
