Restaurant Manager at Pizza Ponte

The Opportunity 

Delaware North’s Patina Restaurant Group is searching for a Restaurant Manager to join our team at Pizza Ponte at one of Florida's premiere park locations in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. Prioritizing guest service excellence, you will be responsible for the coordination, supervision, and execution of all restaurant functions; comprehensive knowledge of menu information is vital for guest experience. Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $46100 - $62200 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Responsibilities 

• Scheduling and assigning tasks for service and kitchen team members and monitor shift responsibilities, ensuring actions are in line with company quality, sanitary, and legal standards
• Assist team member training monitor their performance while keeping an open communication for corrections needed
• Maintain positive guest relations and high standards of service, addressing concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Assist with administrative tasks including scheduling and as well as managing all training on location. 

Qualifications 

• Minimum two years’ experience in a managerial position in a restaurant with a similar style of dining, capacity and volume
• Servsafe, Food Safety Handler, and Training for Intervention Procedures (TIPS) certification
• Strong financial and computer skills; experience working with and understanding P&Ls and developing and managing budgets, as well as Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and point-of-sale systems
• Exceptional communication skills and an ability to anticipate guest and employee needs
• No degree required
