Industry Marketing at TAO Beach Dayclub

The role of Industry Marketing is responsible for creating and curating different local parties and events with guests at each one of TAO Group nightclubs or day clubs on industry nights or days.

GUEST SERVICE REQUIREMENTS:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Assist with all industry events and industry groups in all our TAO Group Hospitality venues in the Las Vegas market
  • Responsible for curating local birthdays, hotel marketing asset drops, and industry asset drops 
  • Create and facilitate events for local guests to include but not limited to: industry night, themed party
  • Assist VIP hosts with their customers ensuring guests have the best time at our venues rather it be an industry night or weekend
  • Liaison for influencers from our out of market groups and competing venues. (LA, Social Media Influencers, etc.) 
  • Book commissionable paid VIP tables 
  • Work within the venue and performs additional duties equivalent to the VIP liaison and host duties
  • Ensure all VIP table reservations and Guestlist entries are entered in URVenue including the guests full name, cell number, and email address. Reservations without complete information will not be counted towards the minimum requirements and individual commissions will not be paid 
  • Maintain professionalism at the workplace and with co-workers and patrons 
  • Be attentive to all company related events, upcoming venues, and changes 
  • Maintain and promote a friendly atmosphere for customers and staff 
  • Attend weekly marketing meetings
  • Coordinate and collaborate with all departments to ensure total guest satisfaction is achieved 
  • Assist with other duties as assigned

WORKING KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of five to seven (5 – 7) years of nightlife industry
  • Proficient in Windows Microsoft Office, Mac, OSX, POS systems
