Corporate Partnerships Supervisor is responsible for handling various aspects of sponsorship/ partnership programs for The Company’s venues.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Collaborate with venue management to identify improvement opportunities
  • Prepare sponsorship reports for monthly operations reviews and reporting for management
  • Coordinate with various internal departments to plan and implement event sponsorship activation points
  • Ensure that the Tao Group Hospitality Beverage Programs are being implemented according to program standards and requirements
  • Collaborate with Management and Venue Operations to develop beverage menus, beverage product-mixes, staff incentive programs, and other Operations-related sponsorship/sourcing elements
  • Collaborate with Venue Operations to coordinate event sponsorship commitments, placements of sponsor branding on advertising materials or at events, and other Marketing-related sponsorship/sourcing elements
  • Prepare sponsorship recaps for event sponsors by gathering necessary information from Operations, Marketing, PR and other departments
  • Liaise with key departments in the planning and execution of sponsorship and partnership programs including Operations, PR, Marketing and Accounting to ensure client objectives are communicated and met
  • Create sponsorship proposals for prospective sponsors
  • Ensure that materials, equipment and supplies related to sponsorship are ordered and delivered in a timely manner
  • Work with Purchasing to negotiate with vendors to obtain optimum quality, cost, terms etc. of necessary products
  • Ensure contracts with suppliers and vendors are consistent with company policies, guidelines and objectives
  • Develop creative ideas, work with teams and clients to integrate business and campaign objectives and deliver insightful and creative solutions
  • Ensure that work produced meets all objectives set, is done by the agreed time to the highest standard, and achieves the best possible results for the company and clients
  • Identify new areas of potential business development and proactively pursuing these leads
  • Achieve a strong culture of Continuous Improvement philosophies
  • Assist and/ or completes additional tasks as assigned

 

EDUCATION/WORKING KNOWLEDGE:

  • Bachelor’s in business, Marketing or equivalent work experienced preferred. 
  • Minimum of two (2) years of direct work experience required
  • 21+ years of age
  • Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to Company standards
  • Must be able to obtain necessary state and city work cards for the position
  • Proficient in Windows Microsoft Office
