The Coordinator, Talent Acquisition will assist with sourcing and evaluating talent for open roles within the organization. This position will assist with the staffing and selection of employees through timely recruitment, reviewing of applications and resumes, scheduling of interviews and offers of employment.
- Provide support with recruiting, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates for open positions with the organization
- Coordinate the pre-employment process for Corporate and Management roles
- Assist with updating the Company’s recruiting platforms
- Provide support with the Company's internship programs
- Review job descriptions for advertising and posting on internal and external careers sites
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies
- Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to assist with sourcing candidates, posting jobs and candidate selection
- Coordinate with local agencies, attend and participate in college job fairs, and internal hiring events

Minimum Education and Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or relevant degree
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, influencing skills and written and verbal skills required
- Must demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrated experience using social media channels to enhance sourcing outcomes
- Ability to work independently and as a productive member of a team.
- Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to Company standard
