Job Description

Affiliated with STARR Restaurants and located in the New York EDITION, The Clocktower offers tastes of contemporary London just steps from the leafy, lively sanctuary of Madison Square Park. A 90-seat gastronomic gem, the restaurant comprises three intimate dining rooms, a dedicated billiards room, and a lively bar made up entirely of 24k gold leaf. The inspired beverage program features a one-of-a-kind Champagne cart and a 700-bottle list offering varying styles highlighting both Old and New World producers. Both powerful and delicate - the list includes wines with vintage depth, iconic producers, and a beautiful medley of fruit-forward and herbaceous selections promising a harmonious pairing to any menu selection.  

Now seeking a barback to join our team! 

This position offers a comprehensive package including: 

• An Hourly Rate of $18 - $22

Responsibilities:

• Prepare cocktail batches, infusions, juices, and garnishes.
• Communicate with beverage managers on orders and prep work.
• Organize the bar and bar storage areas as needed.
• Stock bar with ice before dinner service.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of equipment operation.
• Basic Understanding of cooking.
• Basic knowledge of spirits, a plus.
• 3, 8 hour shifts Monday - Friday availability
• Be able to carry heavy boxes and equipment.
