What will you do?
- Monitor deliveries, analyze invoices, and inspect products for quality, temperature, and condition
- Perform proper rotation of food and beverage products and report faulty or incorrect deliveries immediately
- Receive, unpack, and stock supplies to appropriate shelves, racks, tables, and service stations
- Maintain receiving log and take inventory to identify items to be reordered or replenished
- Clean and maintain storage and delivery areas and ensure all equipment is sanitary and in good repair
More about you
- Previous related experience as a stock clerk or steward highly preferred
- Basic math skills with the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs
- Must have strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills
- No experience or diploma required
Physical requirements
- Constant standing and walking for the entire length of shift
- Frequently required to reach, pull, push, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally 100 pounds
