The role of Senior Manager of IT Infrastructure and Support is directly responsible for developing and executing plans and policies revolving IT Support, Infrastructure, and Data Security and Compliance.. The position also involves managing team and ensure the work is directed towards organization’s objectives.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute policies and procedures surrounding the following IT areas: IT Support, Infrastructure and Data Security
  • Manage, coordinate, and oversee activities of employees engaged in supporting the organization's IT user support operations
  • Design and implement processes, and technology in IT Support area areas to include providing users with access to needed information, utilizing technology resources effectively, and ensuring that end user problems are resolved in a timely and effective manner
  • Determine and deploy highest priorities in the most efficient method
  • Hire, train, coach, and discipline team members. Create opportunities for their success
  • Recommend IT Budget to management
  • Ensure data center remains ahead of demand in terms of storage space, processing power, and connectivity
  • Work closely with various stakeholders for infrastructure support and operations
  • Provide enterprise solutions for Public Cloud Services - AWS, Azure, Google and others
  • Provide enterprise solution's for cyber security, authentication, and identify issues
  • Develop and execute an enterprise wide security strategy and road map that identifies security vulnerabilities and risks associated with operations, including partnering with business units to build threat assessment into the product design and development processes
  • Manage internal and external assessments of security, disaster recovery and compliance (certification and accreditation)
  • Provide security awareness training, information and education to employees, partners and customers
  • Participate in development, implementation and ongoing compliance monitoring of information privacy requirements and responsibilities in vendor contracts and agreements
  • Keep current on new developments in information technology and on plans for future upgrades and organizational changes
  • Other duties as may be assigned

EDUCATION/REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum of six to eight years of direct work experience in leading IT Support and Infrastructure team
  • Minimum of two years of IT Data Security Administration and Compliance experience
  • Hospitality experience a plus
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • 21+ years of age
  • Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to Company standards

WORKING KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7/8.1/10, Mac OSX, Microsoft Office for Windows and Mac, Outlook, iPads, and desktop systems and servers
  • Basecamp familiarity
