James Beard Award-winning restaurateurs Keith McNally and Stephen Starr debuted New York City’s quintessential Parisian-style brasserie, Pastis, in Miami’s bustling colorful Wynwood neighborhood this April. The critically acclaimed restaurant that anchored Manhattan’s Meatpacking District for nearly 15 years became a beloved institution.

The expansive 8,000-square-foot restaurant, inclusive of a stunning outdoor space with an enclosed pergola, adorned by black locust, welcomes guests to enjoy exceptional French fare no matter the weather. The interior includes many design elements that the original location is known and loved for, such as a curved zinc bar, white subway tiles, red banquettes, vintage mirrors with handwritten daily specials, and mosaic-tiled floors.

We are seeking a Restroom Porter to maintain the restaurant’s restrooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and tidiness at all times.

Requirements

Desired Qualifications:

1. A self-motivator who is a team player and detailed oriented
2. The ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with management
3. The capability to meet physical demands including walking, standing, sweeping, or lifting heavy items for extended periods
4. The ability to work a full-time schedule is preferred.
