Requirements

Qualified candidates will have:

• 2+ years as a prep cook in a well rated, busy restaurant
• Strong knife skills regarding whole meat/fish butchery and precise vegetable knife cuts
• Understanding of FIFO and DOH sanitation and organization standards
• Willing to support the team where necessary to get the job done
• Full-time availability preferred
