Affiliated with STARR Restaurants, La Mercerie, located in the Roman and Williams Guild in Soho, by Chef Marie Aude-Rose celebrates the thoughtful delight of everyday French cooking.
Now seeking a skilled Pastry Sous Chef who is passionate about pastry arts, has a lead-by-example management style, and is committed to team success!
This position offers a comprehensive package including:
- A base salary range of $70,000 - $80,000

Requirements
- 2+ years of supervisory or management experience in service-oriented, culinary-driven restaurants
- Prior experience training and mentoring a diverse hourly pastry cook team
- Strong administrative skills and prior experience managing scheduling
- Degree in Baking and/or Pastry from an accredited culinary university preferred
