Manager, Talent Acquisition at Tao Group

The Manager, Talent Acquisition will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. This position will work with hiring managers in the requisition intake process and partner with People Practices teams on processes to open and fill roles. This position will be responsible for facilitating staffing and selection of employees through timely recruitment, reviews of applications and resumes, scheduling of interviews, and offers of employment.

Duties and Responsibilities: including but not limited to

• The Manager, Talent Acquisition will work as a liaison within Tao Group to determine departmental needs
• Recruit, interview, and place qualified candidates for open positions with the organization
• Understand recruiting and market trends impacting the business
• Manage the Company’s recruiting platforms
• Review and ensure the accuracy of the Company’s job descriptions
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies
• Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to source candidates, post jobs and manage the candidate selection, ensuring that recruitment activity is consistently updated
• Partner with local agencies, attend and participate in college job fairs, and facilitate internal hiring events

Minimum Education and Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a relevant degree or experience and a
• Minimum of 3-5 years of recruiting experience.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, influencing skills and written and verbal skills required
• Must demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requisitions.
• Background in research and sourcing, including market research, lead generation
• Demonstrated experience using social media channels to enhance sourcing outcomes
• Working knowledge and understanding of all laws, rules, codes, and regulations applicable to the workplace.
• Ability to work independently and as a productive member of a team.
• Maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance adhering to Company standards
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
