Requirements
Responsibilities & Daily Tasks
- Maintain the day to day operations of the front desk
- Successfully deliver the company values to all guests
- Oversee the guest flow and proper seating of the restaurant
- Communicate effectively with the management team
- Work closely with front desk team to ensure hospitality needs are being met
- Assist in the training of new hires
Qualified candidates will have:
- 2+ years of Maitre D' experience in a high volume restaurant
- Hospitality driven personality
- An outgoing and energetic disposition
- Strong leadership ability
- A polished and stylish presence
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with OpenTable
- Open availability - highly preferred
