We are seeking motivated Line Cooks with a love for French cuisine, classic cooking techniques, and a desire to learn and grow.

Requirements

Desired candidates will possess:

• 1-2+ years experience as a Line Cook in a well-rated NYT restaurant
• Experience wish seasonal cuisine is highly preferred
• Understanding of classic sauces, cooking techniques, and knife cuts
• A culinary degree is preferred
• Strong desire to learn and grow
• Full Availability; including weekends
