Qualifications: 

• Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate program at a 4-year college or university - All majors welcomed.
• Strong organizational and time management skills are required. 
• Must work well in both team and individualized tasks. 
• The ability to communicate in an appropriate, clear, and concise manner with guests, fellow team members, and leadership.
• Dynamic working skills to handle change and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment (if visiting a venue). 
• Budget responsibilities or inventory management experience a plus. 
• Ability to work flexible hours, which may include nights, weekends, or holidays according to business needs. 
• Experience with and knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications. 
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by Tao Group Hospitality for this position now or in the future.

• Must have strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Office, Casino, Nightclub, Bar, Lounge, and/or Restaurant working environment
• 5-25% Local Travel (United States) 
• May work extended hours irregular shifts, evening and/or weekend shifts, and holiday work may be required
• Maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance adhering to Company standards
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Ability to handle a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment
• Must be effective as part of a team; ability to interact with internal and external customers, managers, and co-workers in a professional, courteous manner
