The Opportunity 

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is searching for full-time or part-time Guest Services Attendants to join our team at The Westin Buffalo in Buffalo, New York. As a Guest Serivices Attendant, you have the opportunity to work in a variety of areas including tours, bell attendant, valet, room service, or transportation services. Pay

Receive a $750 Sign-on Bonus! Bonus is paid out over time!

Minimum pay rate: $15.00 / hour

Responsibilities 

• Greet and assist guests with luggage at check-in, check-out, and storage
• Aid guests with city information and directions
• Deliver all in-room dining food and beverage
• Deliver guest amenities and items as requested to rooms
• Transport guests as needed
• Other duties as assigned
• Driving a company vehicle is required

Qualifications 

• Prior hotel experience is preferred
• Must have verbal communication and people skills, demonstrating proper manners and etiquette
• Requires excellent people skills
• Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
• A valid driver's license in good standing

Physical Requirements 

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must have the physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight of up to 50 pounds
