POSITION SUMMARY: The position of Guest Development Host will focus on the handling and booking of the higher end/top tiered guests arriving at any/ all Tao Group venues located in Las Vegas (and other markets as needed). Responsible for sourcing and servicing new business in and out of the Las Vegas Market.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Responsible for developing and maintaining relationship with new and existing clients
Execute the servicing of the clients by networking, socializing, and hosting
Target various groups for hosting events at our venues
Build guest loyalty by exceeding all expectations in service and dependability
Ensure guests are aware of various promotional events and supports the execution of them
Maintain pace with the monthly assigned Guest Development revenue goals
Cross promote all venues in Tao Group portfolio and meet assigned support requirements at the venues in which one may not work
Facilitate all guest reservation requests promptly and without error
All VIP table reservations must be entered into UrVenue system including; the guests full name, cell number, and email address (reservations without complete information will not be counted towards the minimum requirements and individual commissions will not be paid)
All assigned data collection, marketing, and social media tasks must be completed per management’s requests
Review nightly spend reports of targeted guests with the Lead VIP Marketing Host
Assist and/or completes additional tasks as assigned
WORKING KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:
Proficient in Windows Office, Mac OSX, POS systems
