Basic requirements for the Server position include following direction from Event Manager to perform duties as assigned?in accordance with Bold standards, in order to provide guests with a successful and impressive event execution. Qualified event servers will understand the concept of practicing and maintaining a warm, friendly, fun and professional attitude as well as the importance of interacting positively with guests at all times and providing genuinely connected service.

Duties include:

• ?Setting up different types of events, making adjustments as needed, as stated on Banquet Event Orders
  • breakfast, lunch, dinner, light/heavy hors d?oeuvres, plated
• Performing various styles of service
  • tray pass, buffet, action stations, light/heavy hors d'oeuvres, flow, synchronized, tray service
• Breaking down all areas worked
• Completing sidework and other requests, as required
• Attending meetings, as required
  • line up, departmental, Human Resources, other
• Loading/unloading event equipment and moving it into place?
