Employee Experience Support at 2023 PGA Championship

The Opportunity 

Delaware North’s Patina Restaurant Group is seeking individuals looking to join our team for the 2023 PGA Championship at Oak Hill Country Club in Rochester, New York.  Our ideal candidates are committed, communicative team leaders with excellent time management skills and a have passion for customer service. You should be able to prioritize tasks in a busy setting and adhere to all food safety regulations and procedures. 

Delaware North’s “Commitment to Care” is a comprehensive program created to help keep guests and employees safe and slow the spread of COVID-19. We’ve reengineered our operating procedures to minimize contact risk and bolstered hygiene protocols to exceed best-practice guidelines of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). 

Minimum pay rate: $17.00 / hour

Responsibilities 

• Assist with checking in all volunteers and associates. This includes ensuring associates are in proper uniform or receive proper uniform, associates pass COVID screening questions and provide associates with directions to work location.
• Strategically and successfully direct or transport volunteers and associates to and from work locations.
• Support back of house operations and front of house deliverables as needed.
• Partner with managers to assist with guest satisfaction.
• Performs other duties assigned.

Qualifications 

• Communicate with others in a leadership capacity.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attentive and detailed oriented.
• Full availability during the event, May 12-21. 

Physical Requirements 

• Standing and walking for entire length of shift.
• Frequently required to reach up to 6-7 feet, twist at waist, bending and squatting.
• Exposed to outdoors and variable temperatures.
