We are now seeking a Chef de Cuisine to work collaboratively as part of the management team to create moments that surprise, details that delight, and flavors that linger long after the last plate is cleared.

This position offers a comprehensive package including:

• A Base Salary Range of $85,000- $110,000

Requirements

• 5+ years of kitchen leadership experience cuisine driven, large-scale restaurants with most recent experience as an Executive Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine
• Leadership qualities including the ability to inspire, teach, and coach, and remain calm under pressure
• Excellent time management and supervisory skills in large and busy kitchens
• The ability to drive the success of service by supporting expediting and stations as needed
• Strong financial acumen with the proven ability to oversee cost control, labor management and bottom-line profitability
