This position works collaboratively with our Corporate Beverage Director and includes developing and operating a cost effective operation which meets and exceeds guest expectations through the delivery of high quality beverages and service. They will have responsibility for supporting and maintaining the systems of the restaurant, in particular as related to guest experience, sales, quality control, education, training, mentoring, cocktail and wine list development, purchasing and inventory control.
