Affiliated with STARR Restaurants, La Mercerie, an elegant French cafe located in the heart of SOHO inside Roman & Williams Guild is a partnership with Chef Marie Rose from acclaimed Spring Restaurant in Paris. The culinary program celebrates the thoughtful delight of everyday French cooking serving a delightful lunch and an elegant dinner along with craft cocktails and an all-French wine list.
La Mercerie is in search of a dynamic Beverage Director to curate and maintain a thoughful and exciting beverage program. We are also looking for someone who loves interacting with guests and leading a team to provide exceptional service.

This position offers a comprehensive package including:
- A base salary range of $90,000- $110,000
- Quarterly bonus program of up to 15%

Requirements
- 5+ years of restaurant or beverage manager experience in service-oriented, culinary-driven restaurants
- 5+ years of experience in managing, mentoring, and coaching a service team
- Sommelier certification desired
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with administrative tasks including inventory, scheduling and payroll
