Job Description 

Act as a member New York Marketing Department assisting with tasks related to DJ bookings, advancing, ticketing, and social media.

Job Specifics:

• Manage all aspects of advancing for DJs at Marquee New York, Lavo New York, and other New York Venues including booking hotel rooms, car services, and dinners.
• Manage the booking of local DJ talent for open/closing spots.
• Manage the graphics for nightlife events, including artist/management approval
• Be the on site artist relations point of contact on DJs that warrant a physical presence at the venue, including but not limited to Friday & Saturday nights each week.
• Assist in the managing of the box office and tickets sales.
• Assist in general marketing promotions for nightlife venues, including social media.
• Assist in the managing of the website calendar of events for nightlife.
• Assist in general marketing promotions, event activations, and upcoming holidays for all nyc venues.
